From a young age, I always felt a sense of purpose, of wanting to create something worthwhile that would be useful and helpful to others. As I got older my thoughts took shape and through Consult Invest Build I can help people invest in property or build their brand new home.
I started my first company at the age of 25. I have learnt that, to be successful, valuing my clients is paramount. I do this by being open, honest, authentic and customer-centric. What excites me the most about doing what I do is dealing with people, securing the best deal that works for them.
I love educating clients about how to avoid the pitfalls in property investment and I take a huge amount of pride in what I do for my clients. It is my mission for Consult Invest Build to make everything simpler, painless and more beneficial for my clients.
I originally came from India searching for financial independence and enrolled as an international student. While completing my studies, I took up a sales role with Salmat selling Foxtel service. Determined to be successful, I worked hard and was the top salesperson in the country during my first year, and held that position for the following 7 years.
After I purchased my first property for my family, this sparked my interest in real estate as I felt we overpaid for our home. I learned some harsh lessons dealing with the real estate agent who was less than truthful throughout the process. As a part owner with Consult Invest Build, I am able to help first-time buyers and investors obtain property and avoid the pitfalls I endured.
I believe purchasing a home or an investment property is a dream for most people in Australia, and I want to ensure the life-changing decisions they make are informed ones. At the same time, I want to help grow Consult Invest Build into a brand that people can trust and refer to their loved ones and friends.
I am passionate about helping people and in my role with Consult Invest Build I can do just that. Whether it be for a first home buyer or investor looking at starting their property portfolio, my goal is to find the best property for your circumstances and lifestyle.
My passion for helping people first started with volunteering at the local Community Centre teaching IT to the older generation. I have continued to help people in my various roles as a solicitor, retail sales manager, business owner and junior cricket coach.

I chose this path in life after setting up and running my own companies, holding senior management and board positions within other companies and realising after speaking to so many people that this is what people struggled with most.
The greatest results aren’t necessary from consistently professing to outperform the financial markets. This is something I aspire to do for my clients, however, being there to help them through the toughest times and be that person who is prepared to listen and give caring constructive advice to celebrate the good and assist when times are difficult is important to me.
I have a real passion for people. When I engage with my clients, I make a commitment to be there for them. Good advice, communication and genuinely caring about their needs in a proactive (not reactive) manner is what makes a good adviser in my mind.
